There’s nothing corporate about our office culture. At Hair Cuttery Family of Brands’ headquarters you can let your hair down, fluff the ‘fro out, or whatever style makes you, you! Feeling confident to express our true selves helps us support our stylists, who are at the heart of our business. Every team from Marketing to IT, believes that creating the best work experience for Salon Professionals will lead to the best salon experience for our Guests. That’s why we call our headquarters the Stylist Support Center. Our teams are constantly collaborating to work smarter & raise our bar so we can transform the salon industry.

What to Expect

Here’s our at-a-glance interview process for roles at the Stylist Support Center:

PHONE SCREENING

First things first, let’s chat! One of our recruiters will schedule an initial phone screen to speak with you about our company, what we offer, & current opportunities. But don’t let us do all the talking! We want to know all about your interests & career aspirations, so don’t hold back!

*Certain departments may require additional steps such as writing assessments or case studies after the phone screening.

BEHAVIORIAL INTERVIEW

If your phone screening went well, we’ll move right along to a behavioral interview. Don’t be afraid to brag! The goal for this conversation is to help us better understand your past experiences and career goals. We want to hear relevant examples about the wonderful work you have done in the past and your vision for your future.

DECISION

Following the technical interview we will evaluate your candidacy. We encourage you to use this time to evaluate us, too. If it’s obvious we’re perfect for each other, you will receive an offer! If we choose not to move forward with your application we will let you know ASAP—no ghosting, we promise.

OFFER LETTER

Congratulations, it’s time for us to make it official! We will send you a formal offer letter & hope you agree to join the team!

ONBOARDING

You made it to the finish line! During the onboarding process you will complete new hire paperwork digitally & begin your orientation at the Stylist Support Center.
